Creditor Harrassment

Once you have retained our services you may refer your creditors to us. When the case is filed they will receive a notice mailed to them from the Bankruptcy Court. This notice informs the creditor to cease all collection activity (which includes calling you). If your creditors call you or contact you in any way you should direct them to my office.
